This site has no contact forms, no accounts and no logins. There are exactly three ways it processes anything about you:

Analytics. We measure page views and which links people click, so we can tell which pages actually lead to a conversation. Our primary analytics tool is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.

Google Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept analytics cookies, we also load Google Analytics. It sets cookies and sends data to Google, including outside the EU. If you decline, it is never loaded and no request to Google is made. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

The Fit Check. The six-question fit quiz is scored entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, not stored, and not linked to you.

Strictly necessary: one small record of your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every page. This cannot be switched off.

Analytics (optional): set only after you accept, and used only to understand how the site is used.

No advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels, no third-party trackers beyond the analytics described above.

We are based in North Macedonia, which is outside the EU and the EEA and is not currently covered by an EU adequacy decision. Where we process personal data on behalf of EU clients, or receive personal data from the EU, those transfers are made under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

We say this on the page rather than waiting to be asked, because it is the first question any competent legal team will raise and you are entitled to the answer before you talk to us. Our data processing agreement and current subprocessor list are available on request at hello@tabbo.co.

When we run outreach for a client, that client is the data controller for their prospect data and tabbo acts as a processor under a written agreement. We process business contact data for business-to-business communication, we identify who we are and on whose behalf we are writing, and we honour opt-out requests on first contact.

If you have received outreach from us and want your details removed, email hello@tabbo.co and we will remove you and tell the client we did.

Analytics data is retained in aggregate for [RETENTION PERIOD]. Business correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the relationship and any legal or accounting obligation that follows it.

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
