Terms

What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of an engagement with tabbo — that relationship is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with each client, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
The site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
The numbers on this site
The four case studies name real clients and are published with their permission. The figures in them, and the totals derived from them, describe results actually achieved in those engagements.
They are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Outbound results depend on your market, product, price point and sales cycle. Where we quote a range — 5 to 40 meetings a month depending on industry and deal size — that range is the honest description, and the headline figure of 15+ is a median across 70+ companies rather than a floor.
Anywhere on this site that shows an example rather than a real client artifact is labelled as illustrative. We do not present invented material as real.
Pricing and the free pilot
Prices shown are in euros, per month, excluding any applicable taxes, and are current at the date above. The free two-week pilot covers the setup work described on the pricing page at no cost and with no card required. Package scope, minimum term and notice are set out in the engagement agreement.
Using the site
The content, wordmark, copy and design of this site belong to tabbo or are used with permission. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train a competing offering.
We provide the site as it is. We keep it accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, tabbo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and the courts of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
